Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you no longer need your Billdar data before requesting deletion.
How to request deletion
- Email rossb.92@outlook.com from the email address connected to your Billdar account.
- Use the subject line Billdar Account Deletion.
- State clearly that you want your Billdar account and associated data deleted.
- We may ask you to complete a reasonable verification step to protect your account from an unauthorised deletion request.
What will be deleted
- Your Billdar account and authentication record, where technically applicable.
- Subscription records associated with your account.
- Saved preferences and other account-linked app data.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve disputes, or to maintain essential security records. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period and normally within 30 days.
