Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Billdar. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Billdar does

Billdar helps users organise and review recurring subscriptions and related spending information. It is an organisational tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and all activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Accuracy of information

Subscription figures, renewal dates, savings estimates, categories, and insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify important information directly with the relevant merchant or service provider before taking action.

4. Cancellations

Billdar may provide links or information intended to help you cancel a service. Billdar does not control third-party cancellation processes and cannot guarantee that a cancellation request has been completed. You remain responsible for confirming cancellation with the merchant.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Billdar, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

6. Availability

Billdar may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn temporarily or permanently. During testing, features may be incomplete, simulated, or subject to change without notice.

7. Third-party services

Billdar may rely on or link to third-party services. BaleTechHQ is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of those services.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaleTechHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed cancellations, merchant charges, lost savings, or decisions made using information shown in Billdar. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Billdar at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect users or the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
